This Privacy Policy explains what information IPTV Subscriber ("we," "us") collects when you visit iptvsubscriber.us (the "Site") or order and use our IPTV plans (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and specific: we collect only what we need to take your order, deliver your login and help you.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- WhatsApp contact details: your phone number, WhatsApp display name and the messages you send us when you order or ask for help.
- Order details: the plan you choose, the price, the date and your account username.
- Device and setup information: details you share so we can help, such as your TV or streaming device model, screenshots of your screen, or a device MAC address needed to activate certain apps.
- Payment confirmation: information needed to confirm that your payment was received, such as a transaction reference. We never ask for your full card number in a chat, and we do not store card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running.
- Cookies: see section 5 below.
- Service usage data: to operate your account, our systems record technical data such as login times, the device or app connecting to your account, and your account's IP address. We use this to deliver the Service, enforce the one-device-at-a-time rule and troubleshoot problems.
2. How we use your information
- To process your order and create, renew or extend your account.
- To send your login details and help you set up your devices.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To remind you before your plan ends, if you ask us to.
- To prevent fraud, account sharing and abuse, and to keep the Site and Service secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and the payment services you choose to pay with. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): when you message us, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business transfers: if the business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
4. How long we keep information
We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, refunds, disputes and legal obligations, generally no longer than 24 months after your last plan ends. Chat history is kept in WhatsApp according to WhatsApp's settings. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
5. Cookies
The Site uses only a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work:

We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used by someone else.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons (for example, records of a recent payment);
- stop sending you reminders or other messages.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, may have similar rights. We honor these requests for all customers, wherever they live. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the WhatsApp number or username on your account. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
8. Children
The Site and Service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other websites and apps
Our guides link to third-party websites and mention third-party apps (such as IPTV player apps and device manufacturers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the Site.
