Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of iptvsubscriber.us (the "Site") and to any IPTV plan you buy from IPTV Subscriber ("we," "us") (the "Service"). By using the Site or ordering a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to buy a plan. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

2. The Service

  • A plan gives you access to an IPTV account (a login) for a fixed period of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, or another period shown at the time of purchase.
  • Each plan allows one device to stream at a time. You may install the login on several devices, but only one may play at any moment. For simultaneous viewing on more than one screen, you need one plan per screen.
  • The Service is used through third-party player apps (for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player) on devices you own. We do not make these apps and are not responsible for them, their availability in app stores, or any fees their developers charge.
  • Channel lineups, on-demand titles, picture quality and features may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will be available.

3. Ordering and payment

  • Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp. An order is accepted when we confirm the plan and price and you complete payment.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site. We will always confirm the total in writing before you pay.
  • Your login details are usually sent within minutes after payment is confirmed. Occasionally it may take longer; we will keep you informed.
  • We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.

4. No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew automatically, and we will never charge you without your request. When your plan ends, access stops unless you choose to renew (recharge) it. Renewals are charged at the price in effect at the time of renewal, which we confirm before you pay.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: if the Service does not work on your device and we cannot fix it together, you may request a refund within 7 days of activation.

6. Your account

  • Your login is for your personal, household and non-commercial use only.
  • Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not share, resell, rent or publish your login, M3U link or portal details.
  • Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree to use the Site and Service lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly display content from the Service, or use it in a commercial venue;
  • record, copy or distribute content except as permitted by applicable law;
  • attempt to bypass the one-device limit, access other users' accounts, or interfere with our systems;
  • use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including copyright laws, in the place where you live or use it.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is lawful where you are. IPTV Subscriber is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any TV network, sports league, studio or app developer named on the Site. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these Terms, share or resell your login, use the Service unlawfully, or attempt to harm the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will contact you first. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and monitor it around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Streams can be affected by maintenance, technical problems, third-party sources, your internet connection, your device and your app. Temporary interruptions do not entitle you to a refund unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Setup guides and articles on the Site are general information; device menus and third-party apps can change without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Subscriber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the plan that the claim relates to. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material available through the Site or Service infringes your copyright, contact us with the details of your claim and we will review it promptly.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to plans purchased or renewed after the update; the Terms in effect when you paid for a plan continue to apply to that plan.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which IPTV Subscriber is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally; most problems can be fixed quickly in a conversation. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
